Please bear with me here…
Firstly – our graphic designer is sick, right?
Secondly, if you’re a business owner, you want to stress less and increase your sales.
If you don’t, you’ve either made it, or you’re on drugs.
I think those are the only two options, anyway. Correct me if wrong.
SEO is your business solution…
So why will SEO get you what you want?
SUPER simple…
Your potential customers are searching for what they want online.
This is a fact. And something everyone can agree on.
So…
You have two choices after you accept this:
You can appear for what they want and MAKE them YOUR customers.
You can ALLOW your competitors to appear for what they want and GIVE them your customers.
Of course, it’s not easy to do. Not just that, but it takes a considerable amount of time, too.
How long will SEO take then?
I say a minimum of THREE MONTHS to understand the trajectory and where your website is going.
Then, a minimum of a further three (so six in total – quick maths) to REALLY yield the rewards of the SEO work. Meaning: new business etc.
This ties into my post yesterday in that this is why a lot of businesses either refuse, dismiss or get frustrated with SEO.
Because of the simple facts that:
SEO is not easy
SEO is not quick
SEO seems super complicated
Those are the main three things that cause resistance in any rational human’s brain. It’s completely understandable.
However, what isn’t understandable, is then having any frustration around the first option two (in allowing your competitors to take those customers).
As, when it’s put like that – it makes sense, right?
At least, I hope so, otherwise stealing and editing this meme on Photoshop and writing this point was a poor use of my time.
Let me know what you think.
